采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计, 对引自加拿大的15个玉米自交系的6个与产量有关的性状进行一般配合力分析, 并对120个杂交组合穗粒重进行特殊配合力分析. 结果表明:C6、C12和C14的一般配合力效应值较高, 其综合性状较好;C14× B14、C14×H旅28、C6×K10、C12×杂1的特殊配合力效应值为显著正值,是具有较强杂交优势的组合,可以进一步在生产上加以利用.
採用NCⅡ遺傳交配設計, 對引自加拿大的15箇玉米自交繫的6箇與產量有關的性狀進行一般配閤力分析, 併對120箇雜交組閤穗粒重進行特殊配閤力分析. 結果錶明:C6、C12和C14的一般配閤力效應值較高, 其綜閤性狀較好;C14× B14、C14×H旅28、C6×K10、C12×雜1的特殊配閤力效應值為顯著正值,是具有較彊雜交優勢的組閤,可以進一步在生產上加以利用.

According to North Carolina mating design Ⅱ(NCⅡ),six production characters of inbred lines from Canada were carried by general combining ability analysis (GCA),and grain weight of 120 hybridized combination was carried by special combining ability analysis (SCA). The result showed that GCA of C6,C12 and C14 were higher,and the comprehensive character was better. GCA of C14×B14,C14×H lv 28,C6×K10 and C12×za1 was remarkable positive number. The hybridized combination had the great value in direct hybridization,and could be better used in production.
