目的:了解中医医院儿科门诊中药使用情况并分析其用药规律,为临床合理用药提供参考. 方法:随机抽取广州市中医医院(以下简称"我院")2012年儿科门诊中药饮片处方6 000张,对处方用药情况进行统计分析. 结果:我院儿科门诊以0~2岁患儿为主,男性多于女性,共用药159种,用药频率最高的中药饮片为甘草、用药频率最高的中药饮片种类为清热药;剂量方面,10 g的使用频率最高,70%以上用药剂量为3~10 g;含12味中药的单张处方最为常见,以3剂最多见;药物剂量符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定. 结论:我院儿科门诊使用中药饮片基本合理.
目的:瞭解中醫醫院兒科門診中藥使用情況併分析其用藥規律,為臨床閤理用藥提供參攷. 方法:隨機抽取廣州市中醫醫院(以下簡稱"我院")2012年兒科門診中藥飲片處方6 000張,對處方用藥情況進行統計分析. 結果:我院兒科門診以0~2歲患兒為主,男性多于女性,共用藥159種,用藥頻率最高的中藥飲片為甘草、用藥頻率最高的中藥飲片種類為清熱藥;劑量方麵,10 g的使用頻率最高,70%以上用藥劑量為3~10 g;含12味中藥的單張處方最為常見,以3劑最多見;藥物劑量符閤《中華人民共和國藥典》規定. 結論:我院兒科門診使用中藥飲片基本閤理.
목적:료해중의의원인과문진중약사용정황병분석기용약규률,위림상합리용약제공삼고. 방법:수궤추취엄주시중의의원(이하간칭"아원")2012년인과문진중약음편처방6 000장,대처방용약정황진행통계분석. 결과:아원인과문진이0~2세환인위주,남성다우녀성,공용약159충,용약빈솔최고적중약음편위감초、용약빈솔최고적중약음편충류위청열약;제량방면,10 g적사용빈솔최고,70%이상용약제량위3~10 g;함12미중약적단장처방최위상견,이3제최다견;약물제량부합《중화인민공화국약전》규정. 결론:아원인과문진사용중약음편기본합리.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the status quo and regularity of the use of traditional Chinese medicines ( TCM) in pediatric outpatients in the hospital of TCM for reference of clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS: A sample of 6000 pediatric outpatient prescriptions of Chinese decoction pieces in Guangzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") from January 2012 to December 2012 were chosen randomly for statistical analysis regarding the drug use. RESULTS: The pediatric outpatients aged 0-2 years showed the highest proporiton with males showing higher proportion than females. There were a total of 159 drugs presented on the prescriptions;the most frequently used drugs were licorice and heat-clearing drugs, mostly in dosage of 10 g, with dosage of 3-10 g prescribed in more than 70 percert of the patients. The prescription consisting of 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines was the most common, mostly in 3 doses. The prescribed dosages complied with the ones recommended in Chinese pharmacopoeia. CONCLUSIONS: The use of traditional Chinese decoction pieces in pediatric outpatients in Guangzhou Hospital of TCM is basically rational.
