目的 观察大孔吸附树脂血液灌流对艾滋病患者血浆中病毒载量的清除作用.方法 收集艾滋病患者血浆,在体外循环通过树脂灌流器吸附2 h,血流速100~150 ml/min时,观察其对病毒载量的清除作用.结果 吸附后血浆中病毒载量水平显著下降.结论 大孔吸附树脂体外吸附艾滋病患者血浆中病毒载量是有效的,表明其有较好的治疗作用.
目的 觀察大孔吸附樹脂血液灌流對艾滋病患者血漿中病毒載量的清除作用.方法 收集艾滋病患者血漿,在體外循環通過樹脂灌流器吸附2 h,血流速100~150 ml/min時,觀察其對病毒載量的清除作用.結果 吸附後血漿中病毒載量水平顯著下降.結論 大孔吸附樹脂體外吸附艾滋病患者血漿中病毒載量是有效的,錶明其有較好的治療作用.
목적 관찰대공흡부수지혈액관류대애자병환자혈장중병독재량적청제작용.방법 수집애자병환자혈장,재체외순배통과수지관류기흡부2 h,혈류속100~150 ml/min시,관찰기대병독재량적청제작용.결과 흡부후혈장중병독재량수평현저하강.결론 대공흡부수지체외흡부애자병환자혈장중병독재량시유효적,표명기유교호적치료작용.
Objective To observe the effect of the large hole adsorption resin blood perfusion on the viral load in the plasma of patients with AIDS. Methods When the plasma was collected from patients with AIDS, make an adsorption in extracorporeal circulation through the resin perfusion for 2 h, with the blood flow velocity of 100-150 ml/min, and have a clear effect on viral load. Results The levels of viral load in plasma were significantly decreased after adsorption. Conclusion The virus load in the plasma of patients with AIDS through the resin adsorption in vitro, suggesting a better therapeutic effect.
