我国医药行业以及医药研究领域的快速发展为如何培养医药高等人才提出了新的要求. 近年来,医药教育的课程体系和人才培养模式也在不断适应新的需求,不断推陈出新. 药理学作为沟通基础医学、临床医学及药学的桥梁,是医药学人才在临床应用、新药研发及生命科学领域基础研究中的必备知识. 药理学教学在各方专家学者通过多年的探索和实践,不断积累经验和创新教学方法,也取得了丰硕的成果. 然而随着各学科的快速发展与快速更新,及更多专业的学生加入药理学的学习行列,对药理学教学带来挑战. 笔者根据多年的药理教学经验,提出针对医学生药理教学的新模式——"医学立方"模式,浅谈一下在药理学教学中一些探索性的工作.

Recent years, with the rapid developments of pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical re-search field,it is important and urgent to cultivate medical personnel to meet social needs through impro-ving medical education curriculum system and talent cultivation mode.Pharmacology as a bridge to clini-cal medicine and basic medicine, pharmacy and communication, is the essential knowledge medicine in clinical application,research and development of new drugs and the field of life science in basic research. Through years of exploration and practice,pharmacologic experts have got the accumulation of experience and innovative teaching methods, but also achieved fruitful results.However, with the development of pharmacology,scientific information accumulation and rapid update bring a challenge to the teaching of pharmacology for more and more students to study pharmacology.According to the experience of pharma-cology teaching for many years,authors put forward new mode of pharmacology medical student teaching in medical Cube mode,which explores the better pharmacology teaching mode for students and teachers than before.
