The property of Chinese medicine is materia medica,treating Chinese Materia Medica resources as the cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials and medicinal plants, medicinal animal breeding is limited.Resources of Chinese materia medica that is recorded and clinical curative is the classical prescription,its essence is the active components alignment.Resource protection and utilization of Chinese Materia Medica should be targeted by the classical prescription and its active components.Generalized resources of Chinese Materia Medica can be divided into two levels of resources of Chinese materia medica , and resources of Chinese medicinal materials,furthermore,the active components alignment is not only the core of Chinese Materia Medica resources,but also the standard material from traditional Chinese Materia Medica to modern medicine and scientific indicators of quality evaluation.The development strategy should focus on the basis points of the active components alignment of Chinese materia medica,the type of clinical medicine,and the number of medication.
