盆腔淋巴结清扫术(PLND)被认为是诊断前列腺癌(Pca)有无淋巴结转移最准确的方法,有助于准确评价肿瘤分期,判断行根治性手术后患者的预后,并指导选择合适的辅助治疗方案.但是,是否所有 Pca患者都应该行PLND学界尚无定论.在此,作者结合文献报道和临床诊治体会,就RP同期行PLND的临床意义与适应证作一简要探讨.

Pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) is considered as the most accurate method for the diagnosis of prostate cancer (PCa) with lymph node metastasis,contributing to an accurate assessment of tumor stage,right judgment of the postop-erative prognosis for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy (RP) and the guide to selection of appropriate adjuvant thera-pies after surgery.However,whether all PCa patients should undergo PLND still remains inconclusive.Herein,based on the literature and our clinical experience,a review about the clinical significance and indications of PLND concomitant with RP is conducted.
