Excellence pharmaceutical Talents training is an applied talents training methods, designed to meet the development needs of society and the industry and individual particularity required,and to create practical and innovative capabilities.About applied innovative talents training model in China,the authors conducted a questionnaire survey for division level administrators of 67 universities.The paper proposes that throughout practical and innovative training, the ability upgrade should be the core, collaborative innovation applied talents training model could to be used to reform practice teaching system,and practice teaching quality could be taken as the starting point for fostering Double-type talents.
