目的:分析目标教学法在眼科护生实习带教中的应用效果.方法:选取眼科护生56例,随机分为对照组和试验组.对照组给予传统经验方法带教,试验组给予目标教学法带教.对比两组护生的理论知识、实践技能考试成绩、护生对教学方式的满意度.结果:试验组护生理论知识、实践技能考试成绩、护生对教学方式的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:目标教学法在眼科护生实习带教中可提高护生理论知识和实践技能的掌握程度.

Objective:To analyze the application effect of target teaching method in the practice teaching of ophthalmology nursing students.Methods:56 cases of ophthalmology nursing students were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group were given the traditional empirical method for teaching.The experimental group were given the target teaching method for teaching.The theoretical knowledges,practice skills test scores,nursing students satisfaction with teaching methods of nursing students were compared between the two groups.Results:The theoretical knowledge, practice skills test score,nursing students satisfaction with teaching methods of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The target teaching method in the practice teaching of ophthalmology nursing students can improve the mastery degrees of theoretical knowledge and practical skill of nursing students.
