目的:探讨2012-2013年登记复治痰涂阳肺结核治疗队列情况,为今后的防治工作提供参考.方法:收集复治痰涂阳肺结核相关资料,对治疗与转归情况进行分析.结果:2012-2013年收治复治痰涂阳肺结核患者102例,治疗2个月痰菌阴转率98.04%,3个月痰菌阴转率99.02%.治愈94例,治愈率92.16%;无死亡病例,转入耐多药治疗1例(0.98%).结论:目前对复治痰涂阳肺结核患者实施的联合化疗方案有效可行,但要结合个性化辅助治疗、心理疏导,开展耐药情况监测,以巩固治疗效果.

목적:탐토2012-2013년등기복치담도양폐결핵치료대렬정황,위금후적방치공작제공삼고.방법:수집복치담도양폐결핵상관자료,대치료여전귀정황진행분석.결과:2012-2013년수치복치담도양폐결핵환자102례,치료2개월담균음전솔98.04%,3개월담균음전솔99.02%.치유94례,치유솔92.16%;무사망병례,전입내다약치료1례(0.98%).결론:목전대복치담도양폐결핵환자실시적연합화료방안유효가행,단요결합개성화보조치료、심리소도,개전내약정황감측,이공고치료효과.
Objective:To explore the cohort analysis of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis with positive sputum smear from 2012 to 2013,to provide reference for the future prevention work.Methods:Relevant information in retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis with positive sputum smear were collected.Treatment and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results:From 2012 to 2013,102 patients with retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis and positive sputum smear were selected.After 2 months of treatment,the sputum negative conversion rate was 98.04%.After 3 months,the sputum negative conversion rate was 99.02%.94 cases were cured,the cure rate was 92.16%,there was no death cases,1 case(0.98%) was transferred to the treatment of multi drug resistant. Conclusion:Combination chemotherapy for patients with retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis and positive sputum smear was effective and feasible,but we must be combined with individualized adjuvant therapy and psychological counseling,and carry out the monitoring of drug resistance,in order to consolidate the treatment effect.
