目的:了解大学生心理求助态度和应对策略在人口统计学意义上的差异,探究大学生心理求助态度与应对策略之间的关系.方法:运用大学生心理求助态度问卷、简易应对方式问卷对大学生进行问卷调查.结果:(1)男生大学生在心理求助态度中的需要维度上得分显著高于女生;(2)文科学生在需要维度上得分显著高于理工科学生,理工科学生在预期维度得分显著高于文科学生;(3)大学生心理求助态度与应对策略存在着显著的相关性;(4)心理求助态度在预测应对策略的两个维度时都是显著变量.结论:男生比女生更需要专业的心理求助,理科生对心理求助的预期高于文科生;心理求助态度中预期和接纳维度能预测应对策略,积极应对越多,心理求助总分越高.

목적:료해대학생심리구조태도화응대책략재인구통계학의의상적차이,탐구대학생심리구조태도여응대책략지간적관계.방법:운용대학생심리구조태도문권、간역응대방식문권대대학생진행문권조사.결과:(1)남생대학생재심리구조태도중적수요유도상득분현저고우녀생;(2)문과학생재수요유도상득분현저고우리공과학생,리공과학생재예기유도득분현저고우문과학생;(3)대학생심리구조태도여응대책략존재착현저적상관성;(4)심리구조태도재예측응대책략적량개유도시도시현저변량.결론:남생비녀생경수요전업적심리구조,이과생대심리구조적예기고우문과생;심리구조태도중예기화접납유도능예측응대책략,적겁응대월다,심리구조총분월고.
Objective:In order to explore the relationship between College Students' psychological help seeking attitude and coping strategies;and tried to understand the differences in demographic psychological help seeking attitude and coping stra-tegies. Methods:a questionnaire survey was conducted among college students with College Students' psychological help seeking attitude questionnaire and Simplified Coping Style questionnaire. Results:(1) the scores of boys were significantly higher than girls' in the psychological help seeking attitude;(2) the liberal arts students in need of dimension scores were hig-her than students of science and engineering, the latter in anticipation of dimension were higher than the former;(3) the psy-chological help seeking attitude and coping strategies of college students had a significant correlation;(4) attitude toward see-king psychological help in predicting two dimensions of coping strategies is a significant variable. Conclusion:Boys are more necessarily accepted professional psychological help seeking, science and engineering students' expectation of psychological help seeking are higher than liberal arts students;expectation and dimension of acceptance can predict coping strategies, and the more positive response, the higher total score of psychological help seeking.
