目的 研究提踵运动对中老年人骨密度的改善情况. 方法 以中老年人为研究对象,采用提踵运动对受试者的足跟给予应力刺激干预,以跟骨骨密度为主要参考指标,结合受试者的主观感受,经过3个周期的训练,对提踵试验组与对照组受试者的跟骨骨密度测试结果进行对比分析. 结果 应力刺激对改善中老年男性的跟骨骨密度有一定帮助,提踵运动对于中老年男性跟骨骨密度的改善有较好的效果. 女性对于应力刺激的阈值低于男性. 结论 适宜负荷强度和频率的应力刺激,对改善处于骨质疏松情况下的中老年人跟骨骨密度有显著效果.

목적 연구제종운동대중노년인골밀도적개선정황. 방법 이중노년인위연구대상,채용제종운동대수시자적족근급여응력자격간예,이근골골밀도위주요삼고지표,결합수시자적주관감수,경과3개주기적훈련,대제종시험조여대조조수시자적근골골밀도측시결과진행대비분석. 결과 응력자격대개선중노년남성적근골골밀도유일정방조,제종운동대우중노년남성근골골밀도적개선유교호적효과. 녀성대우응력자격적역치저우남성. 결론 괄의부하강도화빈솔적응력자격,대개선처우골질소송정황하적중노년인근골골밀도유현저효과.
Objective To study the effect of the heel-lifting exercise on bone mineral density in the elderly.Methods The middle-aged and elderly people were the research subjects.The heel movement was provided on subjects to give a stress stimulating intervention on calcaneus bone.After 3 cycles of training, bone mineral density of the calcaneus was tested and compared between the experimental group and control group.Results Stress stimulus was helpful to improve the bone mineral density of the calcaneus in middle-aged and elderly men.The threshold of the stress was lower in women than in men.Conclusion Appropriate load intensity and frequency of stress stimulation has a significant effect on improvement of the bone mineral density in the elderly people with osteoporosis.
