大直径、薄壁管道的载荷条件复杂,对其进行强度校核和稳定性分析非常必要.本文采用ANSYS有限元软件对某电厂余热利用工程引接的汽轮机排汽管道进行了强度和稳定性分析.计算结果表明:ANSYS有限元分析方法与CAESAR II软件相比,能更准确地反应管系局部应力分布情况,对大直径薄壁管道的优化设计及安全校验有很好的辅助作用.

The load conditions of large diameter and thin-walled pipes are complicated,it is necessary to check the strength and stability. In this paper,using ANSYS finite element software analyzes the strength and stability of the steam turbine discharge pipes of the waste heat utilization project in a power plant. The calculation result shows that in contrast to CAESAR II software, ANSYS finite element analysis method can more accurately reflect the partial stress distribution of the pipes,it plays assistant role for optimized design and safe checking of large diameter and thin-walled pipes.
