目的 观察蛋白质营养水平对大鼠不同强度急性运动时蛋白质代谢的影响.方法 采用Wistar雄性大鼠48只,分别以两种蛋白质营养水平(含蛋白质17%和含蛋白质27%)的饲料喂养大鼠,并分为对照组与低、高强度运动组(即简称为:17%对照组,17%低组和17%高组,以及27%对照组,27%低组和27%高组).喂养45 d以后,对照组保持安静,运动组大鼠分别进行游泳和负重游泳2.5 h,以游泳方式模拟低、高强度的急性运动,两种水平的对照组和运动组均立即处死,取大鼠血液、肝、腓肠肌,观察低强度运动和高强度运动对两种蛋白质营养水平大鼠蛋白质代谢的影响.结果 急性运动均引起两种蛋白质营养水平大鼠的血尿素氮浓度和肝氮含量以及血氨基酸浓度增高,腓肠肌氮含量降低,高强度运动较低强度运动时上述指标的变化程度更大,27%蛋白质营养水平的大鼠并没有表现得更好.结论 急性运动导致蛋白质分解代谢增强,并且高强度运动导致蛋白质分解程度更高,高蛋白质营养水平并没有表现出急性运动后蛋白质代谢方面的改善.

목적 관찰단백질영양수평대대서불동강도급성운동시단백질대사적영향.방법 채용Wistar웅성대서48지,분별이량충단백질영양수평(함단백질17%화함단백질27%)적사료위양대서,병분위대조조여저、고강도운동조(즉간칭위:17%대조조,17%저조화17%고조,이급27%대조조,27%저조화27%고조).위양45 d이후,대조조보지안정,운동조대서분별진행유영화부중유영2.5 h,이유영방식모의저、고강도적급성운동,량충수평적대조조화운동조균립즉처사,취대서혈액、간、비장기,관찰저강도운동화고강도운동대량충단백질영양수평대서단백질대사적영향.결과 급성운동균인기량충단백질영양수평대서적혈뇨소담농도화간담함량이급혈안기산농도증고,비장기담함량강저,고강도운동교저강도운동시상술지표적변화정도경대,27%단백질영양수평적대서병몰유표현득경호.결론 급성운동도치단백질분해대사증강,병차고강도운동도치단백질분해정도경고,고단백질영양수평병몰유표현출급성운동후단백질대사방면적개선.
Objective To observe the influence of protein nutrition level on protein metabolism of rats in different intensity acute exercise. Methods The male Wistar rats,feeded respectively in two protein nutrition levels (containing 17% protein,and 27% protein) of feed;the rats feeded by 17% and 27% protein were subgrouped into 17% control group,17% group and 17% rats,as well as 27% control group,27% group and 27%rats,n=8 for each subgroup after feeded 45 days,control group was made to keep quiet,exercise groups (i.e 17%group,17% rats and 27% group,27% rats) were made for swimming and loading swimming lasted 2.5 hours respectively to simulate acute exercise. The control group and exercise group were executed immediately,and taken their blood,liver and calf for observing how do low intensity exercise and high intensity exercise in two kinds of protein nutrition levels influence protein metabolism. Results At two kinds of protein nutrition levels,the concentration of blood urea nitrogen and nitrogen content in liver and blood amino acid concentration were increased,nitrogen content of the gastrocnemius muscle was reduced after acute exercise;the degree of index change was more bigger in high strength exercise;27% protein level of rats did not perform better. Conclusion Acute exercise leads to enhanced protein catabolism,and high intensity exercise can lead more higher levels of protein catabolism. High protein nutrition levels do not perform improving protein metabolism after acute exercise.
