The integration of secondary and higher vocational education is the inevitable demand of the construction of the modern vocational education system. The integrated curriculum system is the effective form and important content to realize the integration of secondary and higher vocational education. This paper discusses developing an integrated curriculum system of secondary and higher vocational in five aspects, including curriculum system, curric-ulum standards, curriculum contents, teaching material developing, curriculum implementation and so on.
