Under the characteristics of being local and vocational of higher vocational education, also with the specif-ic occupational domain generated by college-enterprise cooperation, a Writing Before Speaking Pattern is proposed for students to practice English communication skills. This training Pattern is efficient in fostering students an inter-est of communicative performances through establishing the linguistic context by writing and improving speaking in the situational context.
