针对110 kV盐池变电站备自投装置安装过程中不满足三电源进线需求的问题,通过对软件逻辑进行改进,将国电南自公司的PSP641U备自投装置改造成该站110 kV专用备自投装置.应用结果表明:改进后的逻辑满足110 kV不同运行方式下的运行需要,在母线失压时能正确投入备用电源,有效地提高了盐池变电站的供电可靠性.

Aiming at the problem of standby power auto switch device not meeting the demand about three incoming power supply in the process of installation at 110 kV Yanchi Substation,by improving software logic,transforms the PSP641U standby power auto switch device of State Power Nanjing Automation Company into 110 kV special standby power auto switch device. The application result shows that the improved software logic satisfying the operation need of 110 kV substation under different operation mode,can accurately put into standby power source when the bus lose voltage,effectively improves the reliability of power supply for Yanchi Substation.
