目的:利用中医理论,采取中西医结合整体护理的方法,减少西药所致患者心律失常的不良反应.方法:收治精神障碍患者160例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各80例,统计心电图报告结果、患者和家属对治疗的满意度,分析结果.结果:住院治疗半个月开始显效,研究组患者和家属满意度高(P<0.05).结论:中西医结合整体护理提高患者对西药的耐受度,明显减少药物所致心律失常不良反应,患者和家属接受良好,满意度高.

목적:이용중의이론,채취중서의결합정체호리적방법,감소서약소치환자심률실상적불량반응.방법:수치정신장애환자160례,수궤분위연구조화대조조,각80례,통계심전도보고결과、환자화가속대치료적만의도,분석결과.결과:주원치료반개월개시현효,연구조환자화가속만의도고(P<0.05).결론:중서의결합정체호리제고환자대서약적내수도,명현감소약물소치심률실상불량반응,환자화가속접수량호,만의도고.
Objective:We used the TCM theory,took the Chinese and western medicine integrated nursing method,to reduce the arrhythmias adverse reactions caused by western medicine in patients.Methods:160 patients with mental disorder were selected, they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 80 cases in each,we statisticed the results of ECG report,the treatment satisfaction of patients and family members,and analyzed the results.Results:The treatment of hospitalization for half a month began to effect,the satisfaction of patients and family members of the study group was high(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese and western medicine nursing integrated can improve the tolerance of patients to western medicine,and reduce the adverse reactions of drug induced arrhythmia significantly,the patients and their families received good,and the satisfaction is high.
