文中所述的鼓式制动器鼓内强制风冷系统,可满足汽车因重载下长坡、陡坡需要频繁制动时制动器的散热需求,提高了鼓式制动器在频繁制动时的工作可靠性,有效地降低了因制动器出现制动效能热衰退而引发交通事故的可能性,它是一种行之有效的抑制鼓式制动器制动效能热衰退的技术.该强制风冷系统可自动适时地工作,能耗少,重量轻,不增加行车风阻,不会影响原有的制动效能,应用时,安装方便,成本低.

This paper introduces an Inner forced air cooling systems for drum brake which can meet the brake cool-ing requirements of frequent braking due to long slope and steep slopes under heavy load, improve reliability of drum brakes at the frequent braking, effectively reduce the possibility of accidents caused by the brake thermal reces-sion appears braking efficiency. It is an effective technology to suppress brake braking efficiency from fever reces-sion. This force-air cooling system is able to work automatically timely with less energy consumption, light weight , wind resistance and low cost and easy to install.
