目前,农科院校培养出来的植保专业人才素质下降,不能满足企事业单位对实践性人才的需求.造成人才素质下降的原因有多种,本文主要就植物保护类专业人才培养过程中教师的教与学生的学的环节中存在的问题给予阐述.主要原因有:(1)学校对教师的评价体系和政策打压了教师对教学的热情和投入;(2)专业课的设置方式影响了教学效果;(3)教师的生产实践经验的匮乏影响其授课水平;(4)学生缺乏专业热情;(5)学生缺少吃苦精神.针对以上存在的问题分别提出改革的想法和建议,如:(1)迫切需要进行教师评价体制改革;(2)改变专业课程的学时安排,尤其重要的是必须强化实践教学环节;(3)提升教师深入生产的能力,增加实践经验;(4)团委和专业课教师要联合对学生进行专业思想教育;(5)培养学生吃苦的精神.总之,植物保护类专业人才的培养存在着问题,迫切需要进行一系列的改革,进而为国家培养出优秀的植保专业人才,以更好地服务社会.

In the present days, the quality of the professional personnel in plant protection field has become worse, which can not satisfy the need of the practical talents in enterprises and the public institutions. There are many reasons which cause the de-creased basic essence of plant protection personnel. In this paper, the problems existing in the teaching and learning processes during the personnel training was described and analyzed.Main reasons:(1) school evaluation system for teachers and policy to suppress the teacher's enthusiasm and commitment to teaching;(2) Specialized is set up affects the teaching effect;scarce (3) teachers of practical experience of the impact of their teaching level;and (4) lack of professional enthusiasm of students;(5) the lack of student spirit to endure hardship. Presented against the above problems are ideas and proposals for reform, such as:(1) the urgent need for teacher evaluation reform;(2) changing the hours to arrange professional courses, particularly important is the need to strengthen the practice teaching;(3) to enhance the teachers in-depth production capacity, increase experience;(4) Youth League and specialized teachers to unite the students of professional ideological education;(5) students suffer spirit. In short, the culture of plant protection class professionals there is a problem, the urgent need for a series of reforms, and thus for the country to cultivate good plant protection professionals to better serve the community.
