利用USS协议完成可编程控制器(PLC)与MM440变频器的通信控制,介绍了变频器的频率设定方法、PLC与变频器通讯控制系统的硬件连接等.并以S7-200与MM440变频器通信控制系统设计为例,介绍通信技术在变频调速系统中的应用,并通过PLC程序来说明可编程控制器通过通讯实现对变频器的控制.

Mainly discussed the communication between the programmable controller (PLC) and MM440 inverter by using USS protocol, introduces the frequency setting method of the inverter and hardware connec-tion of communication control system. Based on the communication control system design of S7-200 and MM440 inverter, introduces the application of communication technology in variable frequency speed regula-tion system, and through the PLC program to illustrate the programmable controller for controlling the inverter through communication.
