以脱脂油棕果渣为研究对象,考察了不同亚临界水降解条件对其降解过程的影响,测定了160~220 ℃不同反应时间降解产物中还原糖的含量.采用 Saeman 模型对实验数据进行模拟,建立油棕果渣亚临界水降解反应动力学方程,得到亚临界水降解动力学参数.结果表明,降解温度对降解目标产物有显著的影响,油棕果渣初步降解的反应活化能为49.48 kJ/mol,还原糖降解活化能为62.68 kJ/mol,该降解过程在180℃下反应30 min能得到稳定的高含量的还原糖产品.

The content of reducing sugar was determined in the degradation products at different reaction time under the temperature of 160-220℃, to investigate the effect of the degradation conditions in subcritical water on the degradation process of the oil palm fruit press fiber. Based on the Saeman model, the degradation kinetic model of oil palm fruit press fiber in subcritical water was established and the hydrolysis reaction kinetic parameters were obtained. The degradation activation energy of oil palm fruit press fiber was calculated. The results indicated that the degradation temperature was the most significant factor which affected the target product. The initial degradation reaction activation energy of oil palm fruit press fiber was 49.48 kJ/mol and reducing sugar degradation activation energy was 62.68 kJ/mol. The reducing sugar products of high content and stability were obtained under the conditions of temperature 180℃ and reaction time 30 min.
