目的:探讨TCD与颈部血管彩超联合在锁骨下动脉盗血综合征(SSS)盗血通路检查中的应用.方法:收治SSS患者 50 例,随机分成试验组和对照组,各 25 例.试验组给予颈动脉彩超联合 TCD检查,对照组给予颈动脉彩超检查.对两组患者的颅外动脉盗血通路建立情况进行比较,并给予相应治疗.结果:试验组22例盗血通路建立,对照组18例盗血通路建立.随访6个月后,试验组1例、对照组8例仍出现偏瘫、偏身感觉障碍等临床表现.结论:对SSS患者使用颈动脉彩超与TCD联合检查能更准确全面评价盗血通路建立的详细情况,为选择治疗方法提供更客观的依据,提高治疗效果,预防和减轻脑组织缺血临床症状.

Objective:To explore the application of TCD combined with neck vascular color doppler ultrasound in the examination of subclavian steal syndrome(SSS) steal blood pathways.Methods:50 SSS patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The experimental group were given carotid color ultrasonography combined with TCD examination.The control group were given carotid color ultrasonography examination.The extracranial artery steal blood pathways establishment situations of patients in two groups were compared.They were given corresponding treatment.Results:22 cases of steal blood pathways were established in the experimental group.18 cases of steal blood pathways were established in the control group.After 6 months of follow-up,1 case of the experimental group and 8 cases of the control group still had hemiplegia,hemidysesthesia and other clinical manifestations.Conclusion:Using carotid color ultrasonography combined with TCD examination for SSS patients can be more accurate and comprehensive evaluation of steal blood pathways establishment detailed information.It can provide a more objective basis for the selection of treatment methods, improve the treatment effect,prevent and reduce ischemic brain clinical symptoms.
