在地倾斜观测数据分析中引入HHT时频分析方法,结合固体潮特点和地震非平稳过程的特性,以相应理论计算值作为参照背景,研究观测值日波瞬时振幅的震前、震后变化.以九江地震、宁蒗地震为例分析,结果表明,日波瞬时振幅在震前存在相应变化,反映出地震非平稳过程对固体潮的影响.

The new method of HHT time-frequency analysis is introduced in new analysis of tilt tidal data. Based on superiority of HHT,the character of tilt tidal and non-stationary process of earthquake, taking calculating the corresponding theoretical value as reference background,research the changes between the before-earthquake instantaneous amplitude of diurnal wave and after-earthquake. The result of Jiujiang earthquake and the Ninglang earthquake show that instantaneous amplitude of diurnal wave has some changes before the earthquake,which reflects the effect of non-stationary process to tilt tidal.
