TBM在深部复合地层施工过程中会面临一定的施工风险,主要从卡机、高水压、高地温、断层、岩爆以及刀具损耗6方面入手,系统全面地总结分析了TBM在施工过程中所面临的风险,并给出了相应的应对措施,为降低TBM施工风险提供了一定的参考.

As TBM faces some construction risk in the deep complex strata construction process, this paper systemat-ically and comprehensively summarizes and analyzes the risks of the TBM in the construction process from six as-pects, including the card machine, high pressure, high temperature, faults, rock burst and tool wear losses. Accord-ing, some corresponding countermeasures are presented to reduce the risks of TBM construction, which provides some reference for similar situation.
