目的:研究MMSE分级的老年血管性痴呆患者在记忆事件刺激作用下的高频(40 Hz)信号的变化规律,探讨40 Hz脑电与认知损害程度之间的关系.方法:收治血管性痴呆患者30 例,根据MMSE评分分为对照组和中度痴呆组.对两组患者进行安静状态下 40 Hz 脑电采集,刺激事件下的 40 Hz 脑电采集和脑电信号分析.结果:对于正常人,安静状态下40 Hz ERP发放不明显,不存在偏侧优势和脑区优势;新异刺激和面孔识别状态下40 Hz ERP发放明显,存在偏侧优势和脑区优势;而对于中度VD患者,两种状态下40 Hz ERP发放均比正常人要少,并且不存在偏侧优势和脑区优势.结论:在安静状态和新异刺激和面孔识别状态下,正常人40 Hz ERP的非线性动力学参数存在显著的差异,而中度VD患者40 Hz ERP的非线性动力学参数虽有增高,但不明显.

Objective:To study the change rule of high frequency(40 Hz) signal of patients with elderly vascular dementia by MMSE classification under the memory events stimulation,to explore the relationship between 40 Hz electroencephalogram and cognitive impairment degree.Methods:30 patients with vascular dementia were selected.According to MMSE score,they were divided into the control group and the moderate dementia group.The patients in two groups were given 40 Hz electroencephalogram collection under quiet condition,40 Hz electroencephalogram collection under stimulus event and EEG signal analysis.Results:For the normal man,the 40 Hz ERP payment under quiet condition was not obvious,there had no lateralization and brain area advantage.The 40 Hz ERP payment under extraneous stimulus and face recognition condition was obvious,there had lateralization and brain area advantage.For moderate VD patients,the 40 Hz ERP payments under two conditions were all less than those of normal man,and there had no lateralization and brain area advantage.Conclusion:Under quiet condition,extraneous stimulus and face recognition,the nonlinear dynamic parameters of 40 Hz ERP of normal man exist significant differences.The nonlinear dynamic parameters of 40 Hz ERP of moderate VD patients were increased,but were not obvious.
