目的:探讨热毒宁治疗手足口病的临床疗效.方法:收治手足口病患儿104例,随机分为对照组和观察组各52例,对照组给予利巴韦林注射液,观察组加用热毒宁,比较两组临床疗效.结果:观察组退热、退疹时间及止咳效果均明显优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率96.2%明显高于对照组的82.7%(P<0.05).结论:热毒宁治疗手足口病,疗程短、见效快,且无不良反应.
목적:탐토열독저치료수족구병적림상료효.방법:수치수족구병환인104례,수궤분위대조조화관찰조각52례,대조조급여리파위림주사액,관찰조가용열독저,비교량조림상료효.결과:관찰조퇴열、퇴진시간급지해효과균명현우우대조조,관찰조치료총유효솔96.2%명현고우대조조적82.7%(P<0.05).결론:열독저치료수족구병,료정단、견효쾌,차무불량반응.
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Re Du Ning for treatment of foot and mouth disease.Methods:104 patients with foot and mouth disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 52 cases in each group.The control group were given ribavirin injection,and the observation group were given Re Du Ning, then we compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,fever and rash back time and cough effect were significantly better than those of the control group;the total efficiency of 96.2% was significantly higher than 82.7% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Re Du Ning was used in treatment of foot and mouth disease,course of treatment was short, onset was quick,and there was no adverse reaction.
