目的:探讨中医活血化瘀疗法对于脑血栓病症的辨证施治效果.方法:收治脑血栓患者40例,随机分为观察组与参照组,参照组行常规治疗,观察组行活血化瘀疗法并进行辨证治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组总有效率95.0%明显优于参照组的70.0%(P<0.05).结论:中医活血化瘀疗法通过辨证施治,可以有效地治疗脑血栓,患者恢复更好.
目的:探討中醫活血化瘀療法對于腦血栓病癥的辨證施治效果.方法:收治腦血栓患者40例,隨機分為觀察組與參照組,參照組行常規治療,觀察組行活血化瘀療法併進行辨證治療,比較兩組治療效果.結果:觀察組總有效率95.0%明顯優于參照組的70.0%(P<0.05).結論:中醫活血化瘀療法通過辨證施治,可以有效地治療腦血栓,患者恢複更好.
목적:탐토중의활혈화어요법대우뇌혈전병증적변증시치효과.방법:수치뇌혈전환자40례,수궤분위관찰조여삼조조,삼조조행상규치료,관찰조행활혈화어요법병진행변증치료,비교량조치료효과.결과:관찰조총유효솔95.0%명현우우삼조조적70.0%(P<0.05).결론:중의활혈화어요법통과변증시치,가이유효지치료뇌혈전,환자회복경호.
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Chinese medicine Huo Xue Hua Yu syndrome differentiation and treatment for cerebral thrombosis.Methods:40 patients with cerebral thrombosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the observation group were given Huo Xue Hua Yu syndrome differentiation and treatment,then we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of 95% in the observation group was significantly better than 70% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine Huo Xue Hua Yu syndrome differentiation and treatment was effective in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis,and the recovery was better.
