目的 比较分析鼻内镜引导下低温等离子射频消融腺样体切除术与传统腺样体刮除术的疗效. 方法 将72例腺样体肥大患者随机分为两组,各36例,分别行鼻内镜引导下低温等离子射频消融腺样体切除术与传统腺样体刮除术,分析两组患者在治疗有效率、手术时间、术中出血量上有无差异. 结果 等离子手术组与传统手术组在术后1个月的有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);等离子手术组在术后12个月的有效率明显高于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);等离子手术组在手术时间、术中出血量均明显低于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01). 结论 鼻内镜引导下低温等离子射频消融腺样体切除术的远期疗效明显优于传统腺样体刮除术,并且手术时间短、术中出血少,可以显著降低复发率.

Objective To compare the efficacy between low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy guided by nasal endoscope and traditional adenoidectomy. Methods 72 patients with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into two equal groups. One group was treated by endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy, while the other by traditional adenoidectomy. Then analyzed the differences in treatment effective rate, operation time and blood loss in surgery between the two groups. Results One month after surgery, there was no statistical difference in treatment effective rate (P>0. 05), while this rate of the plasma group was significantly higher than the traditional group 12 months later (P<0. 05). In addition, the operation time and blood loss of the plasma group were significantly less than those of the traditional group ( P<0. 01). Conclusion Compared with traditional adenoidectomy,the long-term efficacy of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy guided by nasal endoscope was significantly better. Its operation time and blood loss in surgery were less, and its recurrence rate was significantly reduced.
