针对传统塔桅巡检方式存在的弊端，介绍了浙江电信分公司开发的智能巡检系统，可在提高塔桅巡检的准确性和时效性的同时大大降低塔桅成本。智能巡检系统结构简易友好，只需借助塔桅巡检客户端手机与后台管理系统即可。巡检人员直接通过巡检客户端手机测量天线方位角与倾角，然后通过CDMA网络上报给后台管理系统，减少了传统巡检方式的后续处理环节，提高了巡检效率。

In view of defects of traditional tower mast inspection, the intelligent inspection system developed by Zhejiang Telecom Branch was introduced, which is able to enhance tower inspection accuracy and greatly reduce the cost of tower mast. The structure of the intelligent inspection system is simple and easy-to-use. It includes the tower mast inspection client mobile phone and the background management. Inspector measures antenna azimuth and inclination angle directly by means of inspection mobile phone client and then reports the results to backstage management system through CDMA network. It not only reduces the subsequent processing links of traditional inspection, but enhances inspection efifciency as well.
