轴承外置式改向滚筒轴在运转过程中发生断裂,采用 Workbench 对轴进行受力分析,结果显示其静强度满足要求。轴受到的是循环载荷,因此对其进行疲劳分析,结果发现轮毂外侧阶梯轴部分疲劳强度不满足要求,疲劳破坏导致轴断裂。因此改用轴承内置式结构,使轴不再随滚筒转动,只受静载荷。再对其进行静力分析,强度满足要求,最终解决了断轴问题。

When the external turnabout drum shaft is accidently broken during running,the load-bearing analysis is performed on the axis with Workbench.Results show that the static strength is consistent with the requirements.The shaft is subject to the cyclic loading,so fatigue analysis is performed.And results show that the fatigue strength of the stepped shaft outside the hub is inconsistent with the requirements,so the shaft is broken due to fatigue failure.Therefore,the bearing built-in structure is used instead so that the shaft will not rotate with the drum and only bears the static load.The static analysis is performed again,and the strength meets the requirements,and the shaft-breaking problem is finally solved.
