目的:通过探讨循征护理在骨科患者压疮预防中的临床应用方法和护理效果,为提升骨科护理水平提供一些参考和借鉴依据.方法:以收治的121例骨科患者为研究对象,对其采取循征护理的护理方法,并观察患者的恢复情况.结果:通过运用循征护理干预方式,121例骨科患者在手术之后,均未出现压疮.结论:循征护理干预方法对骨科手术患者的恢复的确有一定的作用,完全可以推广使用.

Objectives:To investigate evidence-based nursing in prevention of pressure ulcer in orthopedic patients and to improve nursing in orthopedic department. Methods: 121 orthopedic patients were enrolled in our study. Every patient was carried out evidence-based nursing and the recovery was analyzed. Results: All patients gaining evidence-based nursing did not result in pressure ulcer after surgery. Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing is helpful for the recovery of orthopedic patients after surgery and is worthy to be recommended in clinical use.
