近年来医学影像技术飞速发展,通过将多模式的医学图像整合到手术导航系统中,可以有效提高外科手术的精确性和灵活性,增加手术安全性并缩短手术时间。我们对近年来新兴的基于三维超声成像的软组织外科导航技术,在医学外科领域的应用现状进行综述,系统阐述了其原理、临床应用及优缺点。
近年來醫學影像技術飛速髮展,通過將多模式的醫學圖像整閤到手術導航繫統中,可以有效提高外科手術的精確性和靈活性,增加手術安全性併縮短手術時間。我們對近年來新興的基于三維超聲成像的軟組織外科導航技術,在醫學外科領域的應用現狀進行綜述,繫統闡述瞭其原理、臨床應用及優缺點。

[Summary] With the rapid development of medical imaging technology in recent years, it can improve the surgical accurace, dexterity, safety and decrease the operative time by integrating high-quality medical images to the surgical navigation system. In this paper, the development of navigation technique in soft tissue surgery based on three-dimensional ultrasound imaging was reviewed and its technical principles, clinical applications, advantages and disadvantages were expounded systematically.
