红色资源教育教学具有运动性、体验性、多元性等特点，它们共同决定了红色资源教育教学评价的特质。红色资源教育教学评价是以学生学习效果为逻辑起点的，在评价标准上是以学习评价为主要内容，在评价取向上注重发展性评价，在评价过程上实行动态与静态相结合，在评价模式上采取内部评价与外部评价相结合的机制。红色资源教育教学评价在实质上是一种主观评价，它对于传统学校教育教学评价具有重要的借鉴意义。
