目的：调查老年护理从业人员对临终关怀知识和态度的认知现状。方法于2015年3月通过自制调查问卷对苏州地区部分医院、社区、老年护理院的84名护士进行调查,调查其对临终关怀的认知、专业知识的掌握程度和对待死亡的态度。结果仅有8.5%的护士对临终关怀知识非常了解；有62.3%的护士认为对临终的人应该置胃管行营养支持,50.0%和65.1%的护士认为音乐疗法和足底按摩对镇痛有效；有40.7%的护士对“优逝”不了解。且除是否和临终患者谈论过死亡一项外,不同宗教信仰、单位性质和教育程度的护士对临终关怀的知识和态度情况差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论苏州地区老年护理从业人员对临终关怀的认知水平、专业知识掌握程度有待提高,大多数护士认为临终关怀意义重大,但其临终关怀知识的推广和培训亟待加强。

Objective To explore the knowledge and attitude recognition of hospice care among nurses devoted in geriatric nursing. Methods A survey was conducted among 84 nurses who worked in hospitals, communities, and geriatric nursing centers in Suzhou City for hospitalpice recognition, mastery of hospitalpice knowledge and attitude towards death. Results There were only 8. 5% of nurses who reported familiar with hospice care. 62. 3% of nurses thought that hospice patients should receive gastric catheterization to improve nutrition support. Less than 65% of nurses thought that music treatment and foot bottom message had analgesic effects. 40. 7% of nurses reported that they did not know hospitalpice. Furthermore, the distribution of hospice care awareness and attitude were not varied between subgroups of religion, workplace, or education level( P>0. 05), except the discussion death with hospice patients. Conclusions The awareness of hospice care and mastery of hospice knowledge require to improve among nurses who are devoted in geriatric nursing in Suzhou City. Most of nurses believe the hospice care is significance, so the training and promotion should be improved immediately.
