目的:观察并比较人源乳酸杆菌及嗜酸乳酸杆菌标准株ATCC4356粘附胃腺癌SGC7901细胞的能力和抑制幽门螺杆菌SS1粘附细胞的能力,从而筛选出具有较强抑制幽门螺杆菌粘附细胞作用的人源乳酸杆菌。方法光镜下观察各株乳酸杆菌对幽门螺杆菌粘附SGC7901细胞的抑制作用。结果各组乳酸杆菌均能粘附SGC7901细胞,在相同浓度时(3×109cfu/mL),各组人源乳酸杆菌细胞粘附指数均较标准株ATCC4356高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细胞粘附指数及细胞粘附率以Lac22最高,与其它各组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论人源乳酸杆菌可能通过竞争结合位点实现对H. pylori粘附胃粘膜上皮细胞的抑制作用。三株人源乳酸杆菌与嗜酸乳酸杆菌标准株ATCC4356相比较,具有较强的粘附作用,粘附作用最好的是Lac22。

목적:관찰병비교인원유산간균급기산유산간균표준주ATCC4356점부위선암SGC7901세포적능력화억제유문라간균SS1점부세포적능력,종이사선출구유교강억제유문라간균점부세포작용적인원유산간균。방법광경하관찰각주유산간균대유문라간균점부SGC7901세포적억제작용。결과각조유산간균균능점부SGC7901세포,재상동농도시(3×109cfu/mL),각조인원유산간균세포점부지수균교표준주ATCC4356고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。세포점부지수급세포점부솔이Lac22최고,여기타각조비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론인원유산간균가능통과경쟁결합위점실현대H. pylori점부위점막상피세포적억제작용。삼주인원유산간균여기산유산간균표준주ATCC4356상비교,구유교강적점부작용,점부작용최호적시Lac22。
Objective To investigate the adhesive ability to gastric epithelial cell SGC7901 of the lactobacillus and the effects of Helicobacter pylori on their adhesive ability. Selection of lactobacillus from human with characteristic of effective inhibi-tion ability on Helicobacter pylori. Methods Gram staining were used to detected the adhesive ability to gastric epithelial cell SGC7901 of the lactobacillus and the effects of Helicobacter pylori on the adhesive ability. Results Both lactobacillus could ad-here SGC7901 cell. The adhesion index number of the lactobacillus from human increased compared with ATCC4356 when both of the lactobacillus concentration was 3 × 10 9 cfu/mL. There were significance difference between Lac22 and other group. Conclusion Both the lactobacillus from human could inhibit the adhesive ability to gastric epithelial cell of Helicobacter. The adhesive ability of the lactobacillus from human have the stronger adhesive ability compared with the ATCC4356. And the adhesive ability of the lactobacillus Lac22 was the strongest with the same concentration.
