通过PLC控制系统开关量控制气动电磁阀的通断,从而使机械手对B柱滑板进行夹紧、松开 、推拉等动作来检测滑板的抗疲劳程度. 把夹紧、推拉等力通过弓形拉压力传感器传入PLC的235模块,在上位机组态软件—力控61.上显示传回来的压力值,在不同的实验环境下,通过软件计算千百次的压力变化值,可以看出 B柱滑板是否因多次使用而发生疲劳形变,确保其安全性能.
通過PLC控製繫統開關量控製氣動電磁閥的通斷,從而使機械手對B柱滑闆進行夾緊、鬆開 、推拉等動作來檢測滑闆的抗疲勞程度. 把夾緊、推拉等力通過弓形拉壓力傳感器傳入PLC的235模塊,在上位機組態軟件—力控61.上顯示傳迴來的壓力值,在不同的實驗環境下,通過軟件計算韆百次的壓力變化值,可以看齣 B柱滑闆是否因多次使用而髮生疲勞形變,確保其安全性能.

The on or off of pneumatic solenoid valves is controlled by PLC control system switch quantity, which makes the manipulator fasten, loosen, push and pull B column skateboard to test its anti-fatigue levels.The forces of clamping, pushing and pulling are trans-mitted to 235 module of PLC by bow pull pressure sensor, and the pressure value transmitted back is shown on the upper computer con-figuration software—force control 6.1.In different experimental conditions, from thousands of times of the pressure change values calcu-lated by the software, we can see whether B column skateboard falls into deformation because of repeated use, so as to ensure its safety performance .
