高三学生处于成长的特殊阶段，面临着就业和升学等多重压力，他（她）们所从事的体育活动现状和健康状况显得十分重要。因此，本论文以武汉市四所高中为研究对象，采用文献资料法、数理统计法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对高三学生体育教学情况，学校开展早操、课间操、课外体育活动情况，以及对体育的态度进行研究。结果显示：高三体育课教学情况较好，但技术课和理论课不均衡；毕业生开展课外体育活动存在明显不足，组织形式较为单一，不同学科学生参与时间存在差异；不同学校、班级、性别的学生对体育活动（体育课和课外体育活动）的态度存在明显差异。并因此，提出相关对策和建议。

As seniors are in their special period of growing up and are faced with the multiple layers of pressure of employment and enrollment into colleges,so their participation in sports activities and health status outstands and appears very important.Therefore,taking 4 high schools in Wuhan as its research object and with methods of literature,mathematical statistics and questionnaire,the paper studies situation of P.E.teaching,morning exercise,setting -up exercise during class break,extracurricular sports activities and their attitude to sports. Results show that P.E.teaching to seniors are quite good,but technical classes are not balanced with theory classes;an obvious shortage of extracurricular sports activities by graduates,the organization form is simple and students’participation time varies with different subjects;different schools,classes and students of different genders demonstrate obviously different attitudes toward sports activities (sports class and extracurricular sports activities).On such basis,the paper comes up with corresponding strategies and suggestions.
