设计以STM32F103VET单片机作为系统控制处理器,设计过程中使用温度传感器 PT1000,STRVE TFT(400 ×240)彩色液晶显示屏,PTC加热片,半导体制冷片,风扇,状态指示灯及声光报警电路. 系统采用PID控制算法进行温度控制,当箱体内气温低于设定值时,加热片开始加热,当箱内温度高于设定值时制冷片开始工作.
設計以STM32F103VET單片機作為繫統控製處理器,設計過程中使用溫度傳感器 PT1000,STRVE TFT(400 ×240)綵色液晶顯示屏,PTC加熱片,半導體製冷片,風扇,狀態指示燈及聲光報警電路. 繫統採用PID控製算法進行溫度控製,噹箱體內氣溫低于設定值時,加熱片開始加熱,噹箱內溫度高于設定值時製冷片開始工作.
설계이STM32F103VET단편궤작위계통공제처리기,설계과정중사용온도전감기 PT1000,STRVE TFT(400 ×240)채색액정현시병,PTC가열편,반도체제랭편,풍선,상태지시등급성광보경전로. 계통채용PID공제산법진행온도공제,당상체내기온저우설정치시,가열편개시가열,당상내온도고우설정치시제랭편개시공작.
By taking STM32F103VET single chip microcomputer( MCU) as the control processor of the system, the temperature sensor PT1000, STRVE TFT (400×240) colored LCD screen, PTC heating plate, semiconductor chilling plate, fan, the status indicator lamp and a sound and light alarm circuit are used in this design.PID control algorithm is used to control temperature in the system, when the temperature inside the box is lower then preset value, the heating piece begins to heat, when the temperature inside the box is higher than preset value, chilling plate starts to work.
