采用传统固相法制备了Co0.7-XMn2.1Ni0.2NdXO4(X=0,0.04,0.06,0.08)样品。利用X射线衍射、SEM、阻值测量等手段,研究了微量Nd2 O3掺杂对MnCoNi系NTC热敏电阻材料的影响。研究结果表明:在0≤X≤0.08掺杂范围内,随着 Nd2 O3掺杂量的增加,MnCoNi系 NTC热敏电阻的晶相结构和阻温特性并没有改变,晶粒变小,电阻率和B值分别由202.8Ω· cm ,3432K ,上升到2944.7Ω· cm ,4152K ;老化特性得到显著提高,△R25/R25和△B25/50/B25/50变化率分别由1.15%,0.75%降至0.31%,0.22%。

Co0.7 -XMn2.1Ni0.2NdXO4 (X=0 ,0 .04 ,0 .06 ,0 .08) NTC thermistor samples were pre‐pared by the traditional solid-state reaction method ,The effects of Nd2 O3 dopping on the properties of MnCoNi system NTC thermistor materials were studied through XRD ,SEM ,and resisitance meas‐urement .The results show that Nd2O3 dopping shows little effect on the crystal structure and resisi‐tance-temperature properties of prepared samples ,However ,within the 0≤X≤0 .08 range ,with in‐creasing Nd2 O3 content ,the grain size decreases ,w hile the resistivity ,material constant B value in‐crease form 202 .8Ω .cm ,3432K to2944 .7Ω .cm ,4152K ;the aging stability was significantly improved , the change rate of △R25/R25 and △B25/50/B25/50 from 1 .15% ,0 .75% to 0 .31% ,0 .22% ,respectively .
