目的:运用品管圈活动方法,探索降低点眼药水漏点率.方法:由8名护士组成品管圈,回顾分析发生的漏点眼药水事件原因,制定对策,进行效果评价.结果:通过品管圈的活动,眼药水的漏点率活动后明显下降;患者满意度提高.结论:开展品管圈活动保证了用药安全,并提高了护理质量.

Objective:To reduce the incidence of eyedrops missed through Quality Control Circle ( QCC) activity . MethodS:8 nurses organized Quality Control Circle,Retrospective analysis incident reason of eyedrops missed, and To formulate the corresponding countermeasure .Then evaluate the effect. Result:the rate of of eyedrops missed decreased significantly after the activity,and patient satisfaction Improved. Conclusion:activities of"QCC"to ensure that the drug safety, and improve the quality of care.
