自上个世纪90年代末开始，法学教育呈现出了蓬勃发展的态势，成为发展最快的学科之一。同时，繁荣的法学高等教育背后出现了各种各样的问题，高等法学教育已经到了需要认真反思和理性检讨的时刻，需要对高等法学教育的定位、思路、目标以及培养方案等等进行重新完善，需要对高等法学教育的体制和结构进行优化，这是关系到国家高等法学教育发展未来和法学人才培养的重大理论与现实课题。
자상개세기90년대말개시，법학교육정현출료봉발발전적태세，성위발전최쾌적학과지일。동시，번영적법학고등교육배후출현료각충각양적문제，고등법학교육이경도료수요인진반사화이성검토적시각，수요대고등법학교육적정위、사로、목표이급배양방안등등진행중신완선，수요대고등법학교육적체제화결구진행우화，저시관계도국가고등법학교육발전미래화법학인재배양적중대이론여현실과제。
Since the end of the nineties last century,the university law education has appeared with a vigorous develop-ment,which has become one of the disciplines that develop fastest. However,there have existed various problems,which have come to the time to seriously reflect and rationally self -criticize. It is necessary to reperfect its position,train of thought,aims and training plan,and optimize its system and structure,which concern the development of the national uni-versity law education and a significant theory and redlistic project of law personnel training.
