基础教育改革和教师专业化培养的要求使高等师范院校师范生培养模式改革暴露出了改革方向定位偏失和师范性缺失的弊端，这也表明师范生培养模式创新势在必行。完善高校师范生培养模式应着重于师范教育基础课程、实践课程、教学方法和教学过程的改革。

The need of the reform of elementary education and Teachers’professional training exposed the defects of nor-mal education development orientation and the lack of normal,which also indicates that the reform and innovation of the cultivation of normal college students personnel training mode is imperative. The innovative training model of normal college students should focus on the construction of basic curriculum,practice curriculum,teaching methodology and the education-al process.
