钻井法凿井虽然具有作业条件安全、机械化程度高、劳动强度低等诸多优点,但用于大直径井筒施工,效率较低。为提高钻进效率,通过分析影响钻进效率的各种因素,提出了垂直快速钻进系统,重点介绍了自动导向器的结构原理,并对各部分进行结构设计和参数计算。结果表明,垂直快速钻进系统克服了原系统的缺点,具有钻进平稳、排渣迅速等优点,可显著提高钻机的钻井速度。

The mine shaft sinking with the mine shaft full face drilling method although would have a safety operation condition ,high mechanized degree ,low labor intensity and other many advantages ,but the efficiency would be low when a large diameter mine shaft was in construction.In order to improve the drilling efficiency ,each factor affected to the drilling efficiency was analyzed and a vertical rapid drilling system was provided. The paper introduced the structure principle of the automatic guider and the structure design and parameter calculation was conducted on each component. The results showed that the vertical rapid drilling system overcame the disadvantages of the previous system and could have stable drilling ,waste rock quick discharging and other advantages and could highly improve the drilling speed of the drilling machine.
