首先提出了基础性网络的概念并分析其对运营商业务发展的重要性,然后指出T D-LT E因存在峰值速率低、上下行速率严重不对称以及深度覆盖能力差这3个劣势而不适合作为4 G的基础性网络,接着分析了LT E FDD的优势并提出中国移动应以LTE FDD作为4G基础性网络,最后建议中国移动分3个阶段实现LTE FDD/TDD融合组网。

Firstly, the concept of infrastructure network was presented and its importance to operator’s business development was analyzed. Then, some deficiencies of TD-LTE, including low peak rate, severe asymmetry of up/downlink rate and bad deep coverage, were pointed out that they are not suitable for 4G infrastructure network. Furthermore, advantages of LTE FDD were analyzed and it was pointed out that LTE FDD should be served as 4G infrastructure network of China Mobile. Finally, it suggested China Mobile should implement integrated networking of LTE FDD/TDD in three phases.
