目前作为独立学院专任教师队伍主力军的青年教师，由于在成长过程中面临诸多障碍，导致其难以达到独立学院人才培养目标的知识结构与能力要求，进而导致独立学院的毕业生难以获得被市场认可的特色优势。笔者从独立学院人才培养目标的角度，以重庆为例，具体分析独立学院青年教师成长过程中面临的障碍，进而提出有针对性的对策建议。

목전작위독립학원전임교사대오주력군적청년교사，유우재성장과정중면림제다장애，도치기난이체도독립학원인재배양목표적지식결구여능력요구，진이도치독립학원적필업생난이획득피시장인가적특색우세。필자종독립학원인재배양목표적각도，이중경위례，구체분석독립학원청년교사성장과정중면림적장애，진이제출유침대성적대책건의。
At present,young teachers,as the main force of full - time teachers in independent colleges,because of facing many obstacles in the process of growing up,have difficulty meeting requirements for the knowledge structure and ability of independent college talent cultivation targets,which results in the independent college graduatesˊ difficulty in forming characteristics with the marketˊs recognition. From the view of independent college personnel training objectives, taking Chongqing as an example,this paper analyzes the obstacles in the process of independent college young teachersˊgrowth,and then puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions.
