大规模在线开放课程对地方高校的运营造成了潜在的巨大影响，研究从在线教育面临的问题出发，提出了地方高校的应对策略。建议地方高校从教学模式、课程开发、学分认证、实践教学、职业教育、继续教育着手，按照国家法律、法规和政策的要求，结合学校自身的特点，进行高教改革与战略转型，走职业教育、继续教育的发展道路。

Massive Open Online Courses have great potential influences on the operation of local colleges and univer-sities. This research provides the coping strategies for local colleges and universities based on the problems of online edu-cation. Local colleges and universities should focus on teaching mode,course development,credit certification,practical teaching and continuous education. In light of their own features,they should carry out higher education reform and stra-tegic transformation according to laws and regulations and policies. Finally,they should take a path of vocational educa-tion and continuous education,so as to have a share in the global higher education market.
