在人才增长迅速，社会就业压力巨大，医生素质需要提高的社会背景下，研究如何避免医学人才由于住院医师规范化培训的发展而流失就显得十分迫切和必要，本课题就以此为切入点，基于四川省7个市12个医学院校4个医院的问卷调查，分析多种因素及原因，从而对新医改环境下住院医师规范化培训的发展规范以及减少医学生人才流失提出一些措施或者建议。

The rapid growth of talent, with huge social employment pressure, doctors need to improve the quality of social context, so to study how to avoid the loss because of the development of the regulatory training system becomes a very urgent and necessary medical student talent, this project used this as a entry point, based the survey of Sichuan Province, seven cities and four medical col eges and twelve hospitals, the analysis of a variety of factors and reasons, and thus the development of norms for regulation under the new health care reform environment training system to put forward some measures to reduce the brain drain of medical students or suggestions.
