随着信息化社会的进步,监控设备的普及,监控视频数据的存储大小在不断加大.通过多渠道调查视频监控现状调查,得出当前监控工程较为普遍的"重硬轻软"的现象,提出"软硬兼施"的监控系统解决方案,并通过数据张量表示与张量分解,实现视频数据的更加快速和有效的压缩储存.

With the development of the information-based society and the popularity of monitoring equipments, the data from moni?tor video is getting larger. This paper aims to survey the present situation of the video monitoring and to find the method of its im?provement. Through our investigation and statistical analysis, we conclude that the there exists a popular phenomenen among moni?tor controllers that hardware valued more than software". Our conclusion that an effective combination of hardware and software im?provement can make the monitoring system much more efficient and feasible. With the method of tensor decomposition, the video data can be better compressed and be more easily stored.
