研究了载荷、转速、老化时间等因素对水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦因数的影响规律。结果表明,载荷、尾轴承转速以及材料的老化时间对摩擦因数的变化有明显的影响,其中材料的老化时间影响最为显著。随着老化时间的增加,摩擦因数逐渐减小,减小规律符合线性函数特征。
研究瞭載荷、轉速、老化時間等因素對水潤滑橡膠軸承摩抆因數的影響規律。結果錶明,載荷、尾軸承轉速以及材料的老化時間對摩抆因數的變化有明顯的影響,其中材料的老化時間影響最為顯著。隨著老化時間的增加,摩抆因數逐漸減小,減小規律符閤線性函數特徵。

The paper studies the influencing rule of the load,rotate speed,and aging time and other factors on the friction coefficient of the water-lubricating rubber bearing.Results show that the load,tail bearing rotating speed and mate-rial aging time have obvious effect on the change of the frictional factors,where,material aging has the most significant effect.With the increase of the aging time,the frictional coefficient gradually decreases,which is consistent with the char-acteristics of linear function.
