针对深井井筒施工过程中的提升吊桶横向摆动问题,通过吊桶稳绳横向刚度模型分析,弄清了提升吊桶横向摆动的主要影响因素,进行了基于高精度激光测距传感器和加速度传感器的提升吊桶横向摆动量测系统设计、实施和现场实测。结果表明:吊桶提升运行过程中,可以实现摆动位移及竖向振动的实时监测;在测试条件下,吊桶在升降过程中,一直处于频率0.4~0.6 H z的竖向振动状态,横向摆动最大摆幅约100 m m。
針對深井井筒施工過程中的提升弔桶橫嚮襬動問題,通過弔桶穩繩橫嚮剛度模型分析,弄清瞭提升弔桶橫嚮襬動的主要影響因素,進行瞭基于高精度激光測距傳感器和加速度傳感器的提升弔桶橫嚮襬動量測繫統設計、實施和現場實測。結果錶明:弔桶提升運行過程中,可以實現襬動位移及豎嚮振動的實時鑑測;在測試條件下,弔桶在升降過程中,一直處于頻率0.4~0.6 H z的豎嚮振動狀態,橫嚮襬動最大襬幅約100 m m。
침대심정정통시공과정중적제승조통횡향파동문제,통과조통은승횡향강도모형분석,롱청료제승조통횡향파동적주요영향인소,진행료기우고정도격광측거전감기화가속도전감기적제승조통횡향파동량측계통설계、실시화현장실측。결과표명:조통제승운행과정중,가이실현파동위이급수향진동적실시감측;재측시조건하,조통재승강과정중,일직처우빈솔0.4~0.6 H z적수향진동상태,횡향파동최대파폭약100 m m。
Since lateral oscillation of hoisting bucket has seriously impact on deep shaft sinking ,the la-teral stiffness model of hoisting bucket guide ropes was established and the main influence factors on the lateral oscillation of hoisting bucket were analyzed in this paper.By using high-precision laser sen‐sors and acceleration transducers ,a real time measuring system on the lateral oscillation of hoisting bucket was designed ,and series field tests were carried out in Sishanling Iron Mine. The results show that the designed measuring system is available and the test data has good accuracy ;Under the field test condition ,hoisting bucket is in a state of vertical vibration at frequency of 0.4 ~ 0.6 Hz ,the ma-ximum extent of lateral oscillation is about 100 mm.
